The hotel's location right in the historic center of Porto was perfect. We were on the main pedestrian street, just in the best street of Porto, with easy access to all those must-visit places. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and pastries.

We loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location if you want to stay in the historic area and everything was within walking distance. The hotel had a beautiful interior with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely pool and sauna area for relaxation. this place is highly recommended for its luxurious comfort and quality services.

From the moment we checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even accommodated our early check-in and upgraded our room. The renovated room was beautifully decorated and the cozy pool and sauna were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.
There were a couple of small things that could have been improved. the towels were of low quality and could have been more fluffy and luxurious.
